Kristen grew up in an active, sports-loving family where movement was simply part of everyday life. She quickly discovered a natural talent for soccer and went on to compete at a high level. As a freshman, she earned a starting spot on the men’s varsity soccer team and was later named All-State her senior year—the only female athlete on the team.
She became the first female soccer recruit at her university and received a full athletic scholarship. Kristen was also invited into the President’s Leadership Class, a small group of students selected to complete their core coursework together during their first two years. While playing collegiate soccer, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Performance and Kinesiology, with additional studies in Chemistry and Nutrition.
After graduating in 2000, Kristen became a certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist. She began working closely with people who were ready for change—helping them build healthier habits through movement, nutrition, and consistent daily choices. Over time, she noticed something powerful: when people began caring for their bodies, they often experienced positive shifts emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually as well. This became a foundation of her holistic approach to health.
Kristen grew up in Oklahoma, where faith was often part of the culture but not always deeply explored. Although she had a natural curiosity about God and purpose, it wasn’t until college that her inner life truly began to unfold.
During her freshman year, Kristen experienced a profound inner shift—one marked by clarity, peace, and a deep sense of connection. It was a moment of awakening that changed how she understood herself, her purpose, and the way she wanted to live her life. She often describes this time as the beginning of a deeper hunger for meaning, truth, and wholehearted living.
From that point forward, Kristen became more intentional about her inner growth. She surrounded herself with supportive communities, spent time reflecting, and began exploring what it meant to live aligned from the inside out. This inner transformation naturally overflowed into her everyday life.
Friends and family noticed the change almost immediately. Kristen felt lighter, more joyful, and more at ease than she ever had before. Even ordinary moments carried a new sense of peace and meaning—something she continues to carry with her today.

Kristen has worked in the Health and Wellness Industry since 1996, creating thoughtful resources that help people move forward when they feel stuck and support meaningful, lasting change.
In 2008, she began focusing on prenatal and postpartum fitness, developing workouts designed specifically for each stage of pregnancy. Her work helped expectant mothers feel confident and cared for as they moved their bodies safely and intentionally. In 2011, she was honored as Entrepreneur of the Year by SpiritBank in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for her innovative program supporting pregnant women through customized, month-by-month fitness guidance. The program followed nationally recognized medical guidelines and was created from both professional expertise and personal experience—Kristen filmed the workouts while pregnant with her second child. After several years of serving mothers through this work, she stepped away from the business to homeschool her children and focus on family life.
Throughout the years, Kristen has continued her education and certifications in the health and wellness space. As her own inner life deepened, her approach naturally evolved—shifting from a focus on physical fitness alone to caring for the whole person. She has consistently seen that when people address their inner well-being alongside their physical health, the results are more sustainable and life-giving.
In addition to her professional training, Kristen has spent many years developing her leadership and mentoring skills within faith-based and service-oriented communities. She has supported and guided individuals through small groups, leadership development, and personal growth experiences—often opening her home and creating spaces where people felt welcomed, known, and encouraged.
While raising her family, homeschooling her children, and creating a warm, inviting home, Kristen remained connected to a wide range of communities focused on personal growth, service, and spiritual development. These experiences continued to shape her heart for walking alongside others through life’s seasons.
In 2020, Kristen and her family relocated to Redding, California. During this time, she completed several years of advanced leadership, discipleship, and intercessory training through multiple organizations around the world. These global connections continue to inform her work today, giving her a broad, compassionate perspective and a deep commitment to supporting people in living healthy, purpose-filled lives.
Jesus’ Abundant Zoë Life
I have one call and one message: I aim to inspire people to fall deeply in love with Jesus and discover the Zoë Life that He so freely offers us all.
Jesus is the Great Initiator. He always makes the first move. He lovingly reaches out to us, and our part is simply to respond to His invitation.
We are designed for an eternal connection with Him. It's our purpose. It's our inheritance; it’s a gift we’ve been given. It’s part of who we are and why we are here.
God’s desire — and our beautiful destiny — is to live connected to Him, experiencing His abundant Zoë Life day by day.
A Zoë Life with Jesus brings a quiet peace and deep satisfaction. This life is rooted in devotion, trust, and true rest in Him.
This is my mission in life, what I hope to offer to you.
During her college years, Kristen experienced a deep turning point as she began seeking God more intentionally. One verse in particular stayed with her—Jesus’ Words in John 10:10 about coming to offer a full and abundant life. Over time, those words became a steady guide, helping her better understand what a truly abundant, Zoë life can look and feel like in everyday living.
Kristen has often been known for helping people move out of pressure-filled or performance-based ways of living and into a more grounded, peaceful experience of faith. Kristen found her spiritual path led her to support a whole person transformation — encouraging people to make life-giving choices that bring alignment to their inner world, relationships, and physical well-being.
She believes a deeply connected life with God is built through small, daily choices — simple “yeses” that shape how we live, listen, and respond. For Kristen, learning to recognize God’s guidance and presence brings clarity, trust, and peace, helping people move forward with confidence rather than fear or striving.
Kristen also carries a deep love for the generations coming up behind us. She has such a special place in her heart for women who feel a nurturing, mentoring call and encourages them to walk alongside younger generations with wisdom and compassion. As a mother herself, she has a deep affection for Gen Z and Gen Alpha—generations she sees as honest, thoughtful, and deeply longing for what is real and meaningful.
Because of this, Kristen finds great joy in introducing the next generation to a life of genuine connection, purpose, and wholeness — anchored in what she believes to be the truest source of life itself.
