What does the Zoë Life Challenge consist of?

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • The number forty is often used in the Bible as a time of transition into a new season, a new territory, or a new identity. It can also mean a period of waiting, preparation, trial, and testing which ultimately ends in victory and renewal!

The number forty often relates to the time before the fulfillment of a promise.

While we never prefer testing, we often experience our greatest growth and change as a result of these trials. These trials are the pruning process that can open our eyes to more fruitful living.

Submitting to the power of forty is about cleansing, aligning, preparing, and stepping into the new you. It’s a sacred opportunity to reset, refocus, and embrace transformation in every part of your Spirit, Soul, and Body.

He went up on the eighteenth day of Tammuz to beg forgiveness for the people's sin and came down without God's atonement on the twenty-ninth day of Av. (Deuteronomy 9:25)

  • It is common to focus on just our Body when doing a food or exercise program. However, compartmentalizing just one area, while neglecting the rest doesn’t lead to sustainable, lasting change.

When we allow every aspect of ourselves to align — Spirit, Soul, and Body — we unlock the victory and success we’ve been seeking.

Each day, you’ll explore a new Bible scripture that builds on the previous ones, teaching you how to partner with His Presence and His Voice inside you, as well as His written Word (the verse given to you).

This Challenge helps you approach food with wisdom, discernment, and grace — knowing what, when, and how to eat in a Spirit-led way.

  • Weight loss — like any meaningful goal — begins with what we believe. True, lasting change starts by transforming the way we think, at the deepest level.

Each morning, you’ll dive into Scripture, using God’s Word to reshape how you view food and your body. As you connect daily with Him, His truth begins to renew your mind, rewire your thoughts, and shift your perspective from the inside out.

Through this daily alignment with God’s Word, you won’t just change habits — you’ll transform your relationship with food, your body, and ultimately yourself.

This transformation flows both internally (your mindset, choices, and thought patterns) and externally (your actions, words, and physical results).

Step by step, day by day, you’ll discover a freedom and wholeness that lasts far beyond the scale.

  • Many of us have spent months—even years—caught in the cycle of strict meal plans, calorie counting, and constantly denying ourselves the foods we love.

Over time, that kind of focus can quietly give food an unhealthy level of control over our hearts and minds. It begins to act like an incubator — growing unhealthy habits and behavior.

But there’s a better way — one grounded in faith, grace, and truth.

As you begin to see through a faith-centered lens, rooted in daily Scripture, you’ll start to experience real freedom.

No longer weighed down by food-focused thinking, you’ll begin to build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food — one that’s balanced, grace-filled, and deeply transforming.

This is where lasting change begins — from the Inside—> Out.

  • We would love for you to stay connected BOTH in the Zoë Life Community and in the weekly Group Zoom Sessions.

It is our joy to offer support, answers, accountability, and encouragement! We really believe that together is how we overcome best!

Spirit+Soul+Body Alignment → Integration → Transformation → Reformation

Transformation always starts within, but it doesn’t stay there — it flows out into your relationships, your family, your work, your community, and beyond.

This is my desire for you: to experience wholeness, fullness, and to live all your moments connected to the abundant zoë-life that Jesus offers you (Jn 10:10)!

The best way to hit this goal is to live life with Spirit+Soul+Body Alignment.

By focusing on S+S+B Alignment, you will discover how to incorporate every part of you, in every moment of your life, from a Place of Intimacy and Rest in God – no matter if you are eating, hanging with family, chatting with friends, exercising, working, etc…

Actively choosing to experience Spirit+Soul+Body Alignment helps train you to live fully present — fully awake and alive!

When you live with Spirit+Soul+Body Alignment, you experience true integrity – meaning Spirit+Soul+Body Integration. And, the more you experience Spirit+Soul+Body Integration, the more you begin to experience Transformation.

True Transformation is what we all desire: real, lasting results that are sustainable

We all know that once someone experiences real transformation, their entire outer world begins to change.

Spirit+Soul+Body Alignment → Integration → Transformation → Reformation

It is an organic overflow: a person who regularly experiences S+S+B Alignment and Integration, will experience a True Transformation, which ultimately leads to a Reformation to their outer world (singleness/marriage, children, family, friends, co-workers, neighborhood, community, city, state, nation, and even to the ends of the earth).

Any real change, starts with what we believe.

When our thoughts shift, our choices/behavior/habits follow.

Each morning, you’ll begin your day focusing on how to renew your mind.

You’ll spend a few minutes in Scripture, letting God’s Word shape the way you think about food, your body, and your daily choices.

As you connect with Him, clinging to His Word in your heart and mind — allowing your Spirit to overflow into your Soul — day by day, His truth will gently renew your mind and your actions/behavior will become different (S+S+B).

Thus, you will notice old patterns begin to change. And, you will begin to see yourself in a new, healthy way.

With this daily time of SSB Alignment, you won’t just build new habits—you’ll experience His true, real transformation from the inside out.

Spirit+Soul+Body Alignment → Integration → Transformation → Reformation
